REFUND POLICY: All payments are non-refundable, except in the case that a program is canceled, or if the program exercises its right to deny admission.

 Submission of this form endorses that child and family will abide by all Covid regulations set out by the Beth Sholom Health Committee
 All payments are non-transferable.
 If a child is withdrawn before the end of the school year, the parent is still financially responsible to pay all tuition and fees for the full school year. In extenuating financial circumstances, please advise office for case by case review.
 All sections of the Tuition Form must be completed and all deposits paid to effect registration.
 All Synagogue/School accounts must be current to process registration.
 If a credit card on file is denied or there is a check stop payment, immediate payment in full for all outstanding balances will be required.
 We are unable to accept payment in the form of gift cards or cash.
