    Monday, Nov 19th 7:30p to 8:30p
We are honored to have a presentation by author, Eunice Blecker, called “From my Grandmother’s Lips” which will discuss: The Origin of the “Pale of Settlement”, Russian History between 1880 and 1920 and Tsarist Persecution of the Jews, and how the author did research for her biographical novel, Shavlan. After the 35 minute presentation, we will have a question and answer period followed by a meeting with those attendees who read the novel. In this way, we are able to satisfy people who read the novel and those interested in how the Jews dealt with tsarist anti-semitism.
