Join Rabbi Antine for this 4 part series on Tuesdays at 8 PM. This class will view many of the following contentious issues through the lens of Jewish Thought and Halacha.
Topics: -Is there a Halachic duty to support communities that have been discriminated against? -Reparations/Affirmative Action -Policing - Role of Police, Police Brutality and Accountability -Is protest permissible? What about civil disobedience? Is destruction of property and/or violence ever permitted according to Halacha?

Saturday, November 21st @ 6:00PM: ECC PAJAMA HAVDALAH Get dressed in your pajamas and join us for a musical Havdalah program with the ECC, Rabbi Antine and Rabbi Cooper! If you are not currently enrolled in the ECC, please rsvp to preschool@bethsholom.org to arrange pick up of your at home havdalah kit. ECC families will receive their havdalah kit in their child’s backpack. Zoom link will be emailed prior to the event.
