Rachel Zutshi currently resides in Rockville, Maryland. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. Rachel started her career as an auditor and has worked in accounting roles in both the private and public sectors. Her work has been focused on not-for-profit entities in the US, Europe and Africa for the last several years. Rachel is a married mother of two wonderful children (a daughter and a son). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking and playing with the family dog.

Stevie has been an events professional for 30+ years. She has a Masters degree in Event Management and Sustainable Tourism from The George Washington University. Stevie made aliyah and lived in Jerusalem for 10 years. She's had champion Akitas and now has two Goldendoodles. She is a member of Woodside Synagogue where she helps run their sisterhood in-house catering as well as coordinating all chesed meals. Stevie Friedman lives in Woodside with her husband and two children.

Arene Windolph joined Beth Sholom Congregation in May 2018, as Bookkeeper. Before this role, Arene performed accounting, most recently in the construction and automotive industries. This variety provides Arene with valuable experience that helps her serve in many facets of bookkeeping at Beth Sholom. Arene attended Yavapai College in Clarkdale, Arizona and the University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Maryland. Arene also fulfills her responsibilities at Kunzang Palyul Chöling Buddhist Temple in Poolesville, Maryland, as a Tibetan Buddhist Nun and in her spare time she enjoys hiking, art, writing and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Yael, 26, was born in Tel Aviv and grew up in Givat Shmuel. In 2017, she moved to Jerusalem for her BA studies in History and English Literature at the Hebrew University. Before her army service, Yael went to study in Beit Midrash ‘Migdal Oz.” During her service, Yael served in the Education Unit as a commander in ‘Nativ’, a special course on Jewish and Israeli history and culture. She later went to work as a Social Counselor at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. Before proceeding to her studies, Yael worked for El-Al airlines as an operator in the department for passengers with disabilities. During her studies, Yael worked as a social counselor in ‘Tlalim’ with a variety of people from around the world while traveling in Israel. She also worked as a Hebrew teacher at Ulpan in Jerusalem. Yael is very excited and looking forward to continuing her work as a Shlicha at Beth Sholom.
