ELECTIONS 2012-2013

The Nominating Committee hereby announces its candidates of nominees for the Beth Sholom Officers and Members of the Board of Directors for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.  In putting together the list of candidates, the Committee was guided by a desire to strike a true balance of skills, aptitude, resources, age, gender, experience, perspective and new leadership. The Committee believes that the candidates listed below are representative of such a balance.

Each candidate was asked to complete a biographical/platform statement form.  These statements are available below by opening the link on the candidates name.

Shul members are invited to nominate themselves or others, to run for Officer or Board of Director positions as additional candidate nominees.  The Member Nomination Biographical/Platform Form to be used for this purpose is available in the office or on the shul website.  This form must be completed, signed and received at the synagogue office, in an envelope clearly marked “Nomination Form,” not later than 5 PM (January 29, 2012) to be included on the ballot.

Voting this year will be held March11-15 and conducted via an electronic procedure. More detailed information describing the voting procedure will be sent in an upcoming mailing.

The newly elected officers and directors will assume their positions on July 1, 2012.
