Please remember that Beth Sholom Congregation is an Orthodox synagogue. You are welcome to park in our parking lot if you arrive before Shabbat or Yom Tov, and leave your car until after the conclusion of Shabbat or Yom Tov, although you need to contact the office in advance to obtain a permit. Cars may not enter or leave the parking lot during Shabbat or Yom Tov.

Local Directions: Take I-270 to Exit 4B, Montrose Road West. Left at the first light, Seven Locks Road. The first light on Seven Locks Road is Post Oak Road. Beth Sholom is the first driveway on the Left about 30 yards past the light.

From Baltimore and Points North: Take I-95 South to Exit 27, I-495 Silver Spring and Northern Virginia. Continue on I-495, the Beltway, to I-270 North. From here follow the local directions.

Blair East Apartments
1220 East-West Highway, Silver Spring Suite 112(between Colesville Road and Georgia Avenue)

By car from Maryland
Go south on Colesville Road. Go past the Silver Spring Metro Station, and take the first left after the Metro underpass, onto East-West Highway (also marked as MD 410 East). Go about 200 feet, and take a right into the Blair Stores parking lot, marked by the Giant Supermarket sign. Proceed into the lot and to the left. You will see a Giant Supermarket; beyond it, on the left, is the entrance to Blair East.
By car from DC
Outbound on 16th Street NW to the circle at the DC/MD border line. Bear half-right onto Colesville Road (MD 384). Go a half-block, and turn right at the Giant Supermarket sign. Go up the ramp into the parking lot. Blair East is to the right of the Giant Supermarket.
By Metro
Walking from the Silver Spring Metro Station (less than 5 minutes): Exit the Metro on the South Side of Colesville Road (where all the busses are). Outside the exit gates, keep turning left and go under the Metro tracks and past the penguin mural. Go to the next traffic light at East-West Highway. Cross East-West Highway and turn left, up the hill, passing the Exxon Station and the Seven/Eleven. Turn right into the Blair Stores. Go past the 7/11, the hairdressers and the dry cleaners and turn left. Go past the Chinese restaurant, the CVS pharmacy, the bank and the Giant Supermarket. The entrance to Blair East is on the left past the Giant.
