Selecting "Membership Database" will allow the email address to be included in the shul's membership database; the office may use it to communicate with you, or may provide it to committees for use in coordinating activities, etc. It will not appear on the shul list or in the Member Guide. Selecting "Member Guide" will allow the email address to be appear on the shul list and in the Member Guide, in addition to inclusion in the membership database.
